Karen Corvello - East Coast United States

Karen started her bookselling career at Waldenbooks in Boston. She’s worked as bookseller and buyer at R. J. Julia, publicist at Yale University Press, and New England rep for Baker & Taylor before joining UPSA in 2017. She lives in Connecticut with her cats and her knitting.

Karen represents: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, DC

 
 

Mical Moser - Canada

Mical has spent much of the last 35 years in the book business as a bookseller, an editor, and since 2007, as a sales rep for UPSA presses. She lives in Montreal with her partner, her big dog Hektor, her shelves spilling over with books, and her balcony garden.

Lanora Jennings - Midwest United States

Lanora joined UPSA in 2016 after being a bookseller for over 25 years, working for Borders Books & Music, Politics & Prose in Washington, DC and the Harry W. Schwartz Bookstores in Milwaukee, WI. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband and four rescue cats.

Lanora represents: Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin

 

Bill and Terry McClung - Southern United States

Bill and Terri have been independent sales reps in the Midsouth and Southeast for more than twenty years. Bill was a bookseller at University Booksellers in Austin and Waldenbooks in New Orleans and Dallas, a sales rep for Ballentine Books, director of sales at Warner Books, Texas Monthly Press, and Taylor Publishing. Terri was a bookseller at Doubleday in New Orleans, a museum docent at the Harry Ransom Center in Austin, and an art teacher in Dallas. They live near San Antonio.

Patricia Nelson - West Coast United States

Patricia has been on the road with university press books in the West since 1998, now representing Princeton and Yale with UPSA. Before life as a book traveler, Patricia was a bookseller for many years in New Mexico with the UNM Bookstore, Living Batch Bookstore, and Page One Bookstore. She and her husband live outside Santa Fe in a house full of books.

Patricia represents: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming
